Who Is Airdrie 1st Club?
Airdrie 1st is a volunteer-led organization supporting individuals and families across Airdrie through practical help, community programs, and local partnerships.
We bring people together to respond to real needs in our community, helping make everyday life a little easier for those facing hardship.
Our strength comes from volunteers, donors, and community partners working together to create meaningful local impact.
Our goal is simple:
To make sure support is available when it’s needed most, for families, seniors, and individuals across Airdrie throughout every season of the year.

Comfort Blankets
One of our most cherished initiatives, Comfort Blankets, brings comfort to individuals by providing handmade blankets to those in need. Whether it’s a family in Airdrie experiencing loss due to illness, accident, fire, or other tragedies, these blankets serve as a symbol of warmth and care.

Birthday Closet
Joining with Community links we created the Birthday Closet. A special initiative housed at Community Links office. It offers birthday essentials for these who may not have the means to celebrate. As we believe every birthday should be celebrated!

Holiday Hampers
Each year, our Holiday Hamper Program provides essential support to those facing financial hardship. Through generous donations and sponsorships, we help families, seniors, and individuals with a hamper. Community support allows us to fulfill hundreds of hampers, ensuring no one is left behind during this special time of year.

Valentine's For Seniors
Each February, our Valentine’s for Seniors Fundraiser helps spread love to seniors in Airdrie care homes who may not otherwise receive a Valentine. Through community support, we deliver flowers and treats to brighten their day and remind them they are remembered and valued.

Giving Back
Each year, we continue to invest in Airdrie’s growth, well-being, and future by supporting initiatives that make a lasting impact. Funding for this project is provided through our Casino funds. Applications open year round from January 1st to March 15th.goes here
