A hand-tied fleece blanket may seem simple, but for a person experiencing loss it can mean comfort, warmth, and a reminder that someone cares. Since 2014, our club members have come together to create and deliver handmade blankets to those in need.

Where They Go
Our blankets are placed in Helping Hands Hampers and delivered to individuals and families in Airdrie experiencing tragedy due to illness, accident, fire, or other loss. Each one is given as a simple way to offer comfort, care, and support when it matters most.
Blanket Making
Our blanket-making nights bring members together with purpose. From cutting fabric to tying each piece by hand, every step is a team effort. In just one evening, we create meaningful gifts while connecting, laughing, and giving back. It’s more than making blankets—it’s building community.
