ParticipACTION

Join Airdrie 1st for Community Walks This June!

This June, Airdrie 1st is excited to participate in the ParticipACTION Community Challenge by hosting community walks throughout the month!

Our weekly walks are to encourage movement, support healthy and active lifestyles, and bring people together. Each walk will take place at a local Airdrie park and will last approximately 30–60 minutes at a comfortable, casual pace.

These walks are not only a great way to get moving and enjoy the outdoors, but also an opportunity to connect with Airdrie 1st members.

Everyone is welcome to participate, regardless of age or ability level. Whether you are an experienced walker, just getting started, using a cane or walker, or participating with a wheelchair, we encourage you to join us. Our goal is simple, to help get Airdrie moving while creating meaningful connections along the way.

Please feel free to invite family, friends, neighbours or co-workers! We look forward to walking with you this June!
